SKILLED LABORER (PERMANENT INTERMITTENT)/ DIABLO RANGE DISTRICT / ALTAMONT SECTOR / CARNEGIE STATE VEHICULAR RECREATION AREA
The reporting location for this position is Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Areas, 18595 W. Corral Hollow Road, Tracy CA. This position will work under the supervision of the Park Maintenance Supervisor.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered
This position may work up to 1500 hours per year/in a 12 consecutive month period.
This position is designated asnot telework eligible.
The selected candidate is required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan fingerprinting prior to appointment.
This position requires a valid Class C driver's license. You must answer the questions addressing your driver's license on your application. Ensure you provide your driver's license number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements and/or restrictions on your application.

Working Conditions
Will work outdoors in various types of weather, from extreme heat to snow and ice. Exposure to ticks, poison oak, and rattle snakes. On trails with uneven and/or steep terrain and may stand, walk, or hike for long periods of time. Will work with handheld power tools and mechanized trail building equipment, at elevated heights and around moving off-road vehicles. Willingness to do manual labor.
