Role Summary
Scope and develop effective learning solutions which are delivered to the business in accordance with Group L&D requirements.
Evaluate the impact of the solutions against agreed outcomes, which may include one or more components to support EQ's people across all job levels, in developing the skills required for their role.
L&D Specialists may be required to support learners with additional sessions or coaching to fully embed the training received.Training is delivered in a variety of methods, which supports the overarching business strategy.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Work independently with mínimal guidance to design and build training material in accordance with business and regulatory requirements
- Support organizational changes within the business, providing training support
- Produce written and visual support material using agreed methodology
- Deliver training in accordance with business and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively within Group L&D
- Partner with relevant business partners and stakeholders to maximize customer and client satisfaction, both internally and externally
- Review evaluation feedback forms to identify training requirements and knowledge gaps
- Maintain all training records and digital content
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
- Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to facilitate training in virtual and inperson settings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent problem solving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to manage multiple small medium sized projects simultaneously
- Ability to interact with a diverse team, collaborate and build successful relationships
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge with the ability to learn new systems applicable to training
- Strong classroom presence and facilitation skills with a dynamic presentation style
Compensation
- $ per hour
