TSMC Arizona is looking for a
HR Operations Specialist to join our 5-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona.

Your main responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain HR business analytic capability that supports business operations and HR strategies.
Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies.
Execute TSMC Arizona's human resources planned operations.
Implement employee solutions to comply with legal regulations and company procedures.
Work with management team for HR strategies that grow current employees and develop a diverse workforce.
Organize and Streamline company HR policies, planning and execution of HR processes and maintaining internal HR systems.
Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of workforce headcount performance via Key Performance Indicators
Partners with Leadership teams and TSMC Headquarter to localize TSMC practice and to optimize labor requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Master's degree in human resources or a related business field
3+ years of relevant work experience in employee relations, operations management, or HR management, with experience in a hightech company being a plus
Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and Mandarin.
Ability to use programming language (e.g. Python, C++) to build automated reporting system
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel concepts and functions, with the ability to independently complete a range of realworld tasks
Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
Working knowledge of labor law and market practices
Handson experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with experience using the PeopleSoft system being a plus
Excellent analytical, problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Flexibility to work various or long hours as needed to meet business needs
