    Description

    The VP of Marketing will be responsible for leading the company's efforts related to marketing strategies and execution, and all aspects of brand initiatives.

    This position oversees at a high level the successful creation, development, and execution of all marketing efforts, while leading a diverse team of marketing professionals.


    This includes, but is not limited to:
    advertising, direct mail, promotions, digital marketing, events and entertainment.


    Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times.

    Act as a thought-leader and change-agent across all aspects of marketing.
    Develop high level marketing and brand strategy that aligns with strategic pillars.
    Manage the strategy and creation of all branding, website content, public relations, social media and marketing campaigns.
    Develop a marketing plan that reaches target segments quickly and effectively.
    Use analytics, market research, communication, advertising, public relations and digital marketing to generate profitable leads.
    Refine and optimize marketing campaigns continuously.
    Lead all marketing projects, including launches, collateral, customer communications, online
    Responsible for creating and executing data driven marketing tests to optimize campaigns and
    Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree with specialization in Marketing preferred.
    10+ years' expanding marketing leadership roles.
    Exceptional track record developing and implementing marketing strategies that have consistently driven revenue growth.
    Ability and desire to use data and metrics to make strategic growth decisions.
    Ability to effectively align marketing efforts with Graton Resort & Casino's goals and objectives.

    Dynamic, high energy executive with proven ability to build and engage best-in-class marketing teams; Extensive experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Display, Social Media) and deploying/leveraging marketing automation tools.

    Experience-based mastery of contemporary marketing practices and a demonstrated understanding of market development strategies, customer decision-making processes, and brand management, with an ability to successfully build brand recognition and market awareness while driving a high volume of leads to the business.

    Managerial and executive presence to persuade others to achieve excellence and to foster an
    Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
