The Construction Craft Laborers Apprenticeship Program of New Jersey and Delaware is affiliated with Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA) and serves more than 15,000 members in Delaware and New Jersey.
Our Data Coordinator oversees all data information processes supporting our program and team. The position requires strong verbal and written skills.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in data management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite to complete and assist in projects, proficiency in Excel a must.
- Experience with relational databases (i.e., MS Access).
- Excellent writing skills
- Manage sensitive organizational files with discretion.
- Ability to take on unexpected tasks while continuing daily routine.
Day in the life
- Collect, organize and enter all applicable apprenticeship data, inclusive of work type, training and work hours. We utilize multiple relational databases to record and report apprenticeship data both internally and to the Department of Labor
- Handle apprentice confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Answer telephone calls in a professional positive manner.
- Perform various clerical duties, including scanning, filing and efiling.
- Assist Director with reports and clerical tasks on an as needed basis.

$50, $52,000.00 per year
