Position Overview:

Are you ready to join a team where spreadsheets and smiles go hand in hand? We're on the hunt for a Credit Analyst who can bring a dash of fun to the financial world.

You'll be the maestro of metrics, working closely with our dynamic divisional personnel from coast to coast.


Your mission:

to delve into the depths of credit information with a detective's eye, all while dancing within the lines of our established guidelines.

We're looking for someone who can balance the ledger of professionalism with the joy of job satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Performs credit investigations of new and existing customer accounts through use of references, credit reports, internet news searches and various other sources of credit data.
  • Analyzes and evaluates customer supplied financial information.
  • Maintains customer credit files.
  • Resolve customer audit requests and reconcile account balances as requested.
  • Monitors the collection of past due accounts, gathers collection activities completed by divisional personnel, alerts divisional personnel to possible credit risks.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field
  • 57 years of experience in Credit or Accounts Receivable field
  • Strong data entry skills and comfort level with detailoriented tasks
  • Able to extract data and manipulate it, experieince with Power BI is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in accounting and administrative functions required
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

The Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, 4 Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico.

The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings.
