• Oversee and coordinate administrative functions such as scheduling, filing, record keeping, and data entry
• Field incoming phone calls from prospective patients, answer general inquiries, and conduct preadmissions screenings
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Coordinate meetings for staff members
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
• Experience in medical office management is a plus
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
