SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining barn stalls.
Responsible for Grounds upkeep including but not limited to general landscaping (grass cutting, weed eating)
Responsible for guest service, relations to assure that our guests have a favorable experience.
Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests. Facilitates, processes and programs to effectively control and reduce loss time injuries.
Report maintenance that needs to be done to physical structures (for example, stalls, stall doors, etc.)
Other duties as assigned.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel.
Oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the department.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience is preferred.
Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
