    Job Title: Senior Human Resources Specialist - Team Member Relations and Development


    Company: Toyota Boshoku America



    General Overview: Responsible for providing support at Toyota Boshoku Western Kentucky (TBWK) to ensure stable team member relations and assist in technical training and development programs deployment in the plant environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Resolve issues and provide feedback to team member relations management through daily interactions.
    • Conduct exit interviews and discuss outcomes with HR team.
    • Assist in conducting team member surveys.
    • Analyze team member morale and conduct activities like round table meetings.
    • Investigate Ethics Point matters.
    • Support in developing and delivering training programs for team members.
    • Coordinate technical training, soft skill development, and research specialized training needs.
    • Assist in designing programs to educate and develop plant team members.
    • Conduct training audits and assess effectiveness.
    • Manage orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
    • Organize training materials, resources, and educational procedures.
    • Assist in administration and delivery of training processes.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. PHR or SPHR designation preferred.
    • Experience: 6+ years in HR generalist roles, preferable experience in manufacturing settings.
    • Personal/Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR policies, training proposals, and data analysis.
    • Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Computer/Software: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS, Oracle, and Kronos.

    Work Environment:

    • Office: Open office with moderate noise.
    • Plant: Standard automotive plant with Personal Protective Equipment requirements.
    • Travel: Occasional travel may be needed.

    Physical Demands:

    Ability to work on a computer for extended periods and perform tasks like walking, sitting, and occasional lifting.
