Your main responsibilities:

  • Organizing and implementing development projects with a focus on coatings
  • Conducting on-site test trials and measurements
  • Performing calculations for projects (e.g. evaluating economic efficiency, payback)
  • Providing staff training (Clay Expert Training/ Operators Training)
  • Collaborating with suppliers in the development of coatings
  • Conducting plant and lab trials at the Technical Center
  • Attending meetings, trainings, and exhibitions (internal/ external)
  • Working with Group BMI Engineering
  • Supporting our Innovation Process

Your qualifications:

  • Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in areas such as (ceramic) process technology, electrical engineering, or similar
  • Relevant professional experience in the ceramic industry
  • Strong knowledge of ceramic process technology and thermal processes
  • Proficiency in English and IT skills (e.g. Google Workspace)
  • Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
