At the Hinckley, IL location, Doncasters Precision Castings-Bochum GmbH employs approximately 520 employees to produce blades and vanes for aircraft engines and stationary gas turbines using the investment casting process.

The Bochum facility casts both polycrystalline and directionally solidified or single-crystal components.

Your responsibilities:
General administrative tasks in the HR department

Applicant management

Supporting the HR team with various operational HR issues

Ensuring timely completion of tasks for monthly payroll processing

Assisting with payroll, tax and social security matters; you will also be a valuable asset in handling our time tracking system

Assisting with administrative processes for new hires, transfers and terminations

Maintaining and updating employee master data

Creating and analyzing statistics

Reporting and certification for authorities

Internal and external training organization

Supporting and participating in HR projects
