Caregiver/ Everyday Companion according to § 43b/ 53c SGB XI (m/f/d)

Are you interested in helping people live a self-determined life? The focus is on everyday life and you support individuals in experiencing it. Each day offers a new experience.

We are looking for a part-time caregiver (m/f/d) for 20 hours per week (mornings and afternoons) at Lookout Mountain.

Requirements:

Training or further education as a care assistant according to § 43b (formerly § 87b)

Physical and mental resilience

Experience in dealing with people with dementia

Empathy and a positive attitude towards people in need of care

Good interaction with the residents entrusted to us

Committed and reliable teamwork

Independent, solution-oriented and responsible work

Interest in long-term cooperation

Creativity and flexibility

Job Description

As a caregiver at Lookout Mountain, you can expect diverse and responsible tasks:

Engaging with individuals or groups (conversations, reading, games, walks, gymnastics, crafts, etc.)

Supervising and accompanying various open activities
