Description

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests and accurately taking orders, and serving food and beverages
• Relays orders to service bar and kitchen via the pointofsale computerized register system
• Transports plates, glasses and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
• Observes guests and responds to any additional requests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces
• Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions, including receiving payments, making change, and processing credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide assistance to other team members as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Clean restaurant including table tops, pick up debris, sweep and mop the restaurant
• Must be able to stand and exert fastpaced mobility during the entire shift
• Maintain proper sanitation, health, and safety standards
