Up To $100K per year - Based On Experience_
Social Worker Job Description:
- Assist new residents and their family in the initial adjustment phase, as well as in the ongoing transition to institutional living
- Provide information to the resident, and/or family member, on residents' rights and responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Must have either BSW or MSW
- Must have Social Worker experience
- Must have Long Term Care Experience
- Must have nursing home experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
