The Mundell Insurance Agency, Farmers Insurance, located in San Clemente, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, this may be the career for you.

Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, managing the renewal underwriting tasks, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and supporting the sales team.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

California Property and Casualty License is required
(Or within 60 days):
Must be organized and detailoriented
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening polite and concise
Must be coachable
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
Must be motivated and determined
Good attitude

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

Answer incoming phone calls
Process and manage underwriting renewal documents/requirements
Process customer policy change requests
Process Policy Endorsements
Set Life Insurance appointments for the sales team
Other related administrative tasks may be assinged
