The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations to ensure that all machinery, equipment, and systems are in optimal working condition.

This role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing maintenance best practices to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervision and leadership.
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
  • Equipment and Facility Maintenance
  • Safety and compliance
  • Inventory and Budget Management
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Emergency Response
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in forging or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management CMMS software.
