We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, direct care professional to join our team We are an APD licensed behavior focus group home serving developmentally disabled adults.

We help clients with daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene tasks, feeding, laundry, etc.

Because we are behavior focus, we also work with clients to help them decrease trouble behaviors through behavioral analysis techniques which may involve restraints.

We have (1) full time position available for our overnight shift immediately available.

Overnight shift hours are either 8 hours (Midnight to 8am), 11 hours (9pm to 8am) or 12 hours (9pm to 9am).

This position can expect to work 40 hours weekly with 'at least' one weekend overnight - Ideally, Sunday through Wednesday.

This is a WAKE position and, as such, sleeping is prohibited.

The overnight shift is responsible for fully cleaning the group home as well as monitoring clients during the night (bed checks) and redirecting them back to bed as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must have ability to read/write English fluently
Clean criminal history
Reliable transportation and punctuality is a MUST

Must have at least 12 months documented experience working/volunteering in a medical, psychiatric, nursing or child care setting, OR in working/volunteering with persons who have a developmental disability.

FDLE Level 2 Criminal Background check
Zero Tolerance (free online training)
