At our headquarters in Berlin-Neukölln, we are looking for an Instandhaltungsmanager Immobilien (w/m/d) for our Bestandsmanagement department as soon as possible and on a permanent basis.


Your tasks:

You are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our building portfolio, from determining the condition of the property to developing measures to preserve the building structure.

You are responsible for commissioning, implementing, and accepting work carried out in accordance with the contract, and ensure that the cost framework is adhered to within your budget responsibility.
