Description

Responsibilities:

Technical management and organization of the Villip asphalt mixing plant
Leading a team of approximately 3 employees (including personnel scheduling)
Monitoring and ensuring the economical, timely, and quality execution of production
Regular reporting on all essential technical, commercial, and personnelrelated matters
Planning and organizing investment, maintenance, repair, and maintenance measures
Optimization, monitoring, and adjustment of ongoing production processes and procedures

Qualifications:

Successfully completed technical vocational training or equivalent further education (process engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, plant mechatronics, industrial mechanics, etc.)
Ideally, you have professional experience in connection with production plants or machine technology, preferably in the asphalt industry
Practical, wellstructured, and independent way of working
Responsible and careful handling of highquality technology
Class B driver's license
A high degree of initiative and selfmotivation
Independent, committed, and efficient way of working
Teamwork and communicative skills round off your profile
