Hello, it turns out that about 2 months ago I had a perfectly functioning 1tb PS4, when suddenly the power switch was triggered and since then an error message appears, which says "connect a USB storage device containing an update file for the reinstallation of version 10.50 or later. You must download the update file for reinstallation from ". I have tried transferring it to a USB drive, but I can't get it to work in any way.I await your response. Thank you.
