Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d) for direct placement in Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent processing of accounts payable, including recording, verification, and posting of incoming invoices
  • Monitoring and clarification of incoming payments and reconciliation of accounts
  • Communication with suppliers and internal departments regarding open items and invoices
  • Support in monthly and annual financial statements as well as in the preparation of evaluations and reports
  • Optimization of processes and participation in projects for continuous improvement of accounting processes

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in accounts payable
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with a common accounting system (e.g. DATEV)
  • Structured and independent way of working as well as team spirit
  • Good knowledge of German in spoken and written
