Manager Young Talents (m/w/d) in Memphis, MI:

What awaits you with us - Your tasks:

Development and implementation of measures for apprenticeship marketing (e.g. apprenticeship fairs, career orientation classes, and events)
Recruitment of apprentices from screening to decisionmaking
Handling of all apprenticeshiprelated processes according to legal and regulatory requirements
Support and development of apprentices/trainees in Germany and Austria from onboarding to takeover (via phone/video calls/in person)
Point of contact for managers, trainers, mentors, works council, etc.
Design and implementation of trainings (e.g. potential program junior college and trainer training)
Execution of projects with and for apprentices
