Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. This individual will be under the direction of the VP of Manufacturing & International Sales. They will be working along with other supervisors overseeing the bag/converting department. This includes dealing with all personnel and job/orders for that department.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

You will supervise a team of production workers and provide guidance and support to ensure smooth operations, including hands on production floor.

Duties:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures
Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols
Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any productionrelated issues
Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and scrap rates
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environmen
Handle all scheduling for department.
Deal with the department personnel.
Oversee the Converting department along with other Supervisors.
Learn the process and eventually handle job/order scheduling.

Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Any type of manufacturing but be manufacturing.
Must have management skills, must have strong communication skills.
Must be able to multitask.

Position is full time, Monday

Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pm

The pay range can vary from $24-$26.00/ hour, depending on experience and skills. The pay rate can be discussed/ negotiated during the interview with the Supervisor.

Note:
This is a paid position.
