We are hiring a Housing Compliance Specialist to work full-time with a well-known, established and growing organization in Chester, PA.

The position would pay based on experience, but could range between $ $30.00/hour.


Job duties:

  • Assist with the preparation of specific legal matters, including lease enforcement, grievance procedures, evictions, cross complaints and judgements
  • Assist with the preparation of legal correspondence and documents, including Informal Hearing requests for the Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing Programs
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of various legal reporting reflecting payments of rent and tenants accounts receivable
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for Arbitration Hearings

Job requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the legal industry, ideally housing law
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgement in decisionmaking
  • Ability to complete legal research projects

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
