What to expect?

  • You will be responsible for professionally handling incoming inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat as the first point of contact
  • You will receive and redirect incoming inquiries from our customers and business partners to the appropriate persons
  • You will handle internal organization of meetings and provide hospitality for our visitors
  • You will create and manage incoming inquiries and tickets in our CRM system and maintain master data
  • You will support our sales team in sales-related topics and processes

What should you bring?

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have some professional experience in similar positions
  • You are proficient in using the MS Office package
  • You can communicate effectively in both German and English, both verbally and in writing
  • You have a confident and friendly demeanor, good communication skills, and a strong focus on customer service
