Rose Farm 'ViaNobis - Integration Assistance' is currently seeking a Heilpädagoge or Erzieher (m|w|d) to join our team at our location in Krefeld.

Our Tagesstrukturangebote (day structure programs) cater to individuals with chronic mental illnesses (psychoses, affective disorders, personality disorders, etc.) and/or intellectual disabilities.

Our residents receive support in all important areas of life, tailored to their individual needs through a personalized assessment process.

Our goal is to help individuals regain lost skills, stabilize existing ones, and promote independence, self-determination, and self-responsibility.


Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing daily structure programs for our clients, supporting and complementing the pedagogical work of the team through individualized therapy programs to improve daily and social skills and increase resilience, and collaborating with the residents' support system and partners.


To be considered for this position, you should have a degree or training in Heilpädagogik, Erziehung, Ergotherapie, Kreativtherapie, or a further education in Arbeitspädagogik (m/w/d) and possess a special creative or manual skill.

Experience in leading creative activities and basic communication is preferred. A valid driver's license is also required.


We offer a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays for leisure activities.
