This full-time position is based at
Amtelco's corporate headquarters in McFarland, WI and reports to our Secure Texting Product Manager and Team Lead Application Developer.

Determined by your manager and team lead, the benefit of a
hybrid workplace model occurs at different times for each employee based on job performance.

How will I make an impact?

• Expand and utilize your knowledge of Android and Kotlin Frameworks
• Expand and utilize your knowledge of Design Patterns
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
• Perform unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions (using automated testing is a plus)
• Participate in code reviews with the Mobile Applications Development Team members and Senior Software Engineers
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
• Design interfaces to improve UX
• Work with the Product Development Team to plan new features
• Stay up to date with new technology trends
• Work with the Software Documentation Team to develop system administration and user reference guides as well as online help files
• Assist the Field Engineering Team in troubleshooting customerreported issues

What does success look like in this role?

• Proven work experience years) as a Mobile Developer with knowledge of Android development with Kotlin/Android Studio required
• Knowledge ofApple development with Swift is a plus
• Additional relevant work experience, with an emphasis in software engineering and development, is preferred
• Knowledge of Jetpack Compose UI framework
• Knowledge Model-ViewViewModel (MVVM) architecture
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Visual Studio, and/or C# programming is a plus
• Knowledge of GitHub and Jira (Agile Methodologies)
• Excellent analytical skills with good problemsolving skills
• Reliable with a professional attitude and good communication skills
• Experience in an answering service and/or healthcare environment helpful

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
