    About the Role
    In this role, the Materials Supervisor is accountable for overseeing and developing an inventory team. They will focus on conducting cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory, maintain inventory precision through proper reporting and transfers, manage stock at risk, and guide the team in maintaining precise inventory. Reporting to the Materials Manager, they will keep them informed of any inventory discrepancies.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Cycle count materials based on the 'ABC' grouping system monitored by the Department Manager
    • Investigate inventory discrepancies and submit accurate reports
    • Analyze root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions
    • Respond promptly to inquiries from various departments
    • Ownership of managing inventory details
    • Maintain a clean work area
    • Lead inventory meetings
    • Operate warehouse equipment safely
    • Develop plans to reduce inventory rework
    • Effective time management and task prioritization

    Qualifications and Skills
    • Minimum 3 years of inventory experience as an 'Owner'
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Strong research and analytical abilities
    • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs
    • Efficient time management and task prioritization
    • Work well in a team and independently
    • Follow procedures and best practices
    • Provide updates and reports as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    The salary range for this position is $73,758 to $108,755 annually, subject to factors such as education, experience, and location. Kerry provides a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contributions.
