Overview
: 1 year experience

Duties:


  • Operate milling machines to fabricate parts as per specifications
  • Set up and adjust machine controls to regulate factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut
  • Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or outoftolerance machining
  • Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
  • Package finished products for shipment
  • Perform basic programming tasks for machine operation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Experience:


  • Prior experience as a Mill Operator or similar role
  • Proficiency in using tools like Fanuc controls and SolidWorks software
  • Mechanical knowledge for tooling setup and adjustments
  • Familiarity with quality control processes to ensure precision in machining
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Skills:


  • Experience with Fanuc controls
  • Proficiency in tooling setup and adjustment
  • Ability to fabricate parts according to specifications
  • Knowledge of precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers
  • Basic programming skills for machine operation
  • Mechanical knowledge for tooling setup and adjustments
  • Understanding of quality control processes

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Commute:
