Customer Service ResponsibilitiesYou are the first point of contact You will handle calls and correspondence for

signing on new customers, maintenance to their service, scheduling, invoicing

and billing inquiries on a daily basis.

Communication with Field Technicians while they

are out in the field treating.
Manage the reputation of our brand through

direct dealings with customers.

Customer retention is a key element, so ensuring customer satisfaction

and cultivating relationships is an important role you will play.

This Job is for You if You are self-motivated and can work in a fast-paced

environment.

You are organized and have excellent

communication skills.
You enjoy playing detective Every property is

different, with different problems to help solve.

To Succeed at this job You'll learn the computer systems we use on a

daily basis.
You'll gain an understanding of the different

programs we offer so you can sell the program to potential new clients.customers when they call and help identifying needs of these customers to

suggest services that are needed.

Job RequirementsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow through.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and

manage time efficiently.
Prior customer service/sales call center

experience is highly desired, but not required.

Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20-25/hr. and depends on whether you have prior

experience in other similar customer service positions.
The duration of mosquito tick/season is March
- early November and our office year runs from February

November. Hours will vary from beginning of the season

until the end.

Weekend hours may be required at certain times

during the season.

Since it is a seasonal position, it allows you

to maximize your work/life balance.
