    Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist Role:

    • Contract position with potential for permanency
    • Initially on-site in Sparks, MD, transitioning to a hybrid model after training
    • Working hours from 8:30AM-5:30PM with flexibility
    • Expected start date of June 10, 2024

    Job Duties of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

    • Handle a large volume of invoices and expense reports efficiently
    • Conduct EDI reconciliations, manage credit card statements, and oversee timesheets
    • Collaborate with different departments and support the AP Supervisor

    Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable, healthcare industry experience preferred
    • Proficiency in PeopleSoft and/or Kronos, intermediate Excel skills, and strong customer service aptitude
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
