    As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day execution of sales activities and the related.

    This positions main objective is to achieve good communication with sales, front office, and operational personnel. Provide excellent customer service and assist the sales team in achieving the departments goals. This role is responsible for supporting sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Follow up with customers, ensure that all order information is complete and accurate.

    Duties & Responsibilities** Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

    • Manage inbound and outbound pickup/delivery appointments
    • Review order shipping statuses to ensure successful deliveries
    • Assist in New Item Creation forms and support the NPD process
    • Field Customer inquiries/claims and deliver timely responses
    • Maintain Item Files internally/externally
    • Retrieve POs from EDI or other customer portals as needed
    • Generate new orders in the ERP system
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute Sample Orders
    Track the arrival, status, and quality of plants for orders being shipped
    Coordinate with brokerage, receiving, and pulling departments in order to understand plant inventory and quality.
    Generate reports as directed by management
    Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Key Performance Indicators (Deliverables)** Ensure Programs are executed 100% on-time and in-full (OTIF)

    • Ensure POs are entered, shipped, and delivered in a timely manner
    • High School Diploma / GED Certification required
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent a plus
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • A team player with a high level of dedication and willingness to learn
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines and a very fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Problem-solving capabilities and capable of handling multiple tasks and requests
    • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listening
    • Product knowledge a plus
    • Bilingual English and Spanish

    Working condition may include:** No travel required

    • Occasionally perform tasks outdoors (Shipping and Production)
