A mid-market Top 100 AmLaw ranked firm is looking to onboard an experienced Capital Markets associate for their Global Corporate practice group in Los Angeles, California.

They've been recognized several times by leading publications such as Chambers USA, Chambers Global, and U.S. News and Best Lawyers.

Their global Corporate practice encompasses 300 lawyers, who work on commercial matters like M&A, capital markets and private equity transactions.

Their capital markets lawyers specifically advise clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border capital-raising transactions.

Qualifications:

years of experience

U.S. capital markets experience in representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, followon public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings
Experience representing public companies in '34 Act work a plus but is not required
JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
Active member of California bar
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
