Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
Skills:
- Proficiency in IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Remedy.
- Knowledge of firewall configurations and VPN setup.
- Strong communication skills to interact with users effectively.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot common office software issues.
Education:
- BA or AS
Certification:
- Comp TIA A+
Job Type:
Contract
Pay:
$ $34.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
