We are currently seeking a skilled Engineering Director to join our team at Monta Hub in Berlin, located on Shoal Creek Drive, MO.


As an Engineering Director at Monta, you will play a crucial role in developing our new B2B platform using Kotlin/PHP on the backend and Flutter on the frontend.


Monta is a leading operating platform for the EV ecosystem, serving drivers, companies, cities, and the electricity grid with an integrated software solution.

Our goal is to make EV charging simple, accessible, and reliable.

Our software provides a consistent charging experience across all charge point brands and empowers charge point owners with a comprehensive solution to attract users and seamlessly manage usage, pricing, availability, and transactions.

We have recently closed a significant Series B round of 80M EUR and our growth is soaring.

We have expanded into various markets, obtained prestigious #ISO27001 and B-Corp certifications, and are revolutionizing the EV charging experience with our proactive technology.

Our growth has increased six-fold since our last round, with nearly 1 million monthly charging sessions and 1,000 new EV drivers joining us daily.

With the EUR 80M funding, Monta plans to further strengthen our successful software-only strategy by investing in all markets and enhancing and expanding our product to new sectors ready to embrace an electrified future.
