- Manage a variety of accounting functions for multiple small to mid-sized firms
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger accounts
- Prepare quarterly payroll tax reporting
- Initiate all required payroll tax deposits
- Handle sales tax reporting
- Prepare individual and corporate income tax returns
- Manage multiple deadlines on both State and Federal filings
- Provide sound advice on various tax strategies for current and future client filings
- At least 1 year of Accounting experience
- Accounting experience from a Public Accounting environment
- Tax Preparation experience
- Experience preparing income tax returns for individuals and small to mid-size companies
- Experience preparing payroll tax reporting and deposits
- Experience with sales tax reporting
- Experience with both Federal and multi-state returns
- +++ Any degrees in Accounting or Finance
- +++ Current CPA designation
