Are you interested in joining one of the world's leading jewelry brands and playing a crucial role in Pandora's ongoing success? Pandora is seeking a dedicated working student (M/F/d) for our EMEA Distribution Center in Greenwood, MN.


In this role, you will actively support our Logistics & Planning team, which oversees all aspects of our vertically integrated supply chain, including jewelry deliveries, eCommerce, and packaging/point of sale materials (POSM).

You will work closely with team members in these specific areas and report to the Logistics Manager.

As part of a 10-person team, you will also assist with adhoc reports from various data sources.


MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in monitoring, coordinating, and controlling current transport processes for our stores and partners
  • Maintain daily communication with our customer relations team
  • Gather, analyze, and present relevant KPIs
  • Prepare forecasts for our 3PLs
  • Conduct adhoc analyses and projects related to logistics
  • Verify invoices and clarify any discrepancies
  • Ensure a high standard of quality at all times
  • Support our sustainability agenda in the transportation area
  • Monitor various supply chain reports and take corrective action for any deviations or delivery delays
  • Assist in process mapping and creating SOPs.

PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ideally, you have recently started your bachelor's or master's studies in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
