Responsibilities:

Job Scheduling: Efficiently schedule technician appointments for various jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Customer Communication: Maintain positive communication with customers to confirm appointments, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with scheduling arrangements.

Coordination:Coordinate with technicians to assign and schedule jobs based on availability, location, and job requirements.

Calendar Management: Manage and update the technician scheduling calendar to ensure accuracy and minimize scheduling conflicts.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments, job details, and customer preferences.

Problem Resolution:Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and effectively to ensure smooth job execution.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
