responsibilities:
Monitor critical processes within the SAP Order Management system to ensure smooth operation and timely execution.
Track and identify issues or inefficiencies in the processes, and take manual actions to remediate them as needed to minimize disruption to operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze process performance data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
Prioritize processes based on complexity, frequency, impact on business operations, and potential for automation.
Work closely with the IT team to design, develop, and implement automated solutions for identified processes, leveraging SAP technologies and other relevant tools.
Create detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and automation solutions, including step-by-step procedures and best practices.
Conduct thorough testing of automated processes to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with business requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new automated processes and tools.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
