Description

We are currently seeking a full-time employee to join our Partners & Commercial division in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting management in defining and operationalizing the company's strategy
Coordinating multiple stakeholders in strategic project management
Conducting market and competition analyses and continuously optimizing the methodology
Proactively identifying and analyzing growth opportunities in the area of business model innovation
Creating business cases and profitability calculations to derive strategic action areas.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on management, corporate leadership, or similar
You possess a strategic, conceptual, and analytical mindset, as well as a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
You have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, and experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Miro is desirable
You have previous experience in project management and using strategic tools, as well as in conceptualizing implementation measures
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
