We are looking for you to join us on October 1st, 2024 for a 3-year dual study program to become a Bachelor of Engineering in Railway Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering (w/m/d) at DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH in Oberhausen, Mexico. Your theory phases will take place at the Technical University of Central Hessen in Gießen / Friedberg. During your breaks, you will work with us at the company. Before starting with us, you will complete a one-month pre-internship in September.

What to expect:
Theory phases include:
  • Basic engineering principles (mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, technical mechanics, and computer science)
  • You will acquire a broad knowledge of electrical engineering and in-depth knowledge of planning, calculation, and operation of power supply networks
Practical phases include:
  • Comprehensive insight into the essential areas of railway and railway infrastructure
  • Participation in on-site appointments (route inspections, measurements, and meetings)
  • You will be involved in various projects, such as planning electrical systems
