They have also been named in the Top Ten Most Innovative Companies in Architecture by Fast Company for two years in a row.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are seeking aSenior Project Architectwith a minimum of 10 years of post-bachelor degree professional experience in high-end Residential. You will have the opportunity to learn from and, in turn, shape large-scale, world-class hospitality projects in diverse urban and rural contexts around the globe.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

    • Minimum 10-15years of post-bachelorsdegree Architecture firm experience.
    • Bachelors degree in Architecture.
    • An innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development, and project delivery
    • Experience working in High-end Single FamilyResidential, Multi-Family, Luxury Resorts or similar hospitality, Workplace, or mixed-use commercial.
    • An ability to demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of all phases of residential project design from pre-design through construction administration
    • A strong team member with a passion to manage projects with high expectations for design excellence and client satisfaction
    • Significant experience coordinating in-house team production as well as coordinating directly with clients, builders, and consultant teams. Must have a solid track record of project delivery success
    • Experience with management tools such asDeltek, Smartsheet, and other project management tools

    NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

    • Experience with production tools such as - Revit, Adobe Suite, Autocadetc
    • Experience working with Large projects, High-end residential, Hospitality (Hotels, F&B, and Resorts), Workplace, or Multi-use
