Position Summary

The IT Intern role serves as a foundational stepping stone for individuals embarking on their technology career, offering a unique blend of learning opportunities and hands-on experience.

Within this position, the intern is immersed in the day-to-day operations of the IT department, gaining insights into the practical aspects of information technology management and support while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies

Principal Responsibilities

Technical Support:
Provide first-level service support for technology related issues.

System Maintenance:

Assist in the maintenance and configuration of computer systems, networks, and applications ensuring reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives.

Project Assistance:
Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, including software implementation/development, upgrades, automation and scripting.

Documentation:
Help document internal IT processes and procedures, contributing to the knowledge base for efficient problem-solving and training purposes.

Education / Experience Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, programming/scripting, and software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
