AAA Mid States is currently seeking Full Time Call Takers on the 7:00 a.m.3:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m.
7:00 p.m.
shifts to receive Road Service Assistance Calls in our York, PA Call Center that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Requirements:
- One year of Customer Service Experience is Required
- Must be able to work a fiveday work week; including every other weekend and some Holidays
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must possess Strong Computer and Phone Skills
- Flexibility is a must
