    Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Execution:
    Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical aspects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

    Team Management:
    Oversee project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, to ensure collaboration and performance.

    Client Communication:
    Act as the primary client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.

    Qualifications:

    Proven project management experience in commercial construction.
    Strong leadership and communication skills.
