Vicinia Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager (ACM) to support the Community Manager in various aspects of the apartment community with the main goals of:

Enhancing the community's net operating income,
Preserving the property,
Ensuring a high-quality living environment for residents, and fostering a positive and effective relationship with the staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
A background in business management, hospitality management, or property management would be advantageous.
Prior experience in property management and leasing is crucial, with sales experience being a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are a must.
Proficiency in computer skills is necessary, and familiarity with property management or accounting software is preferred.

Compensation: $17-$20 per hour
