B2B Customer Service Representative for Transport and Logistics (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers in the logistics sector, manage contract processing, accompany risk analysis and provide complete support
  • You make recommendations and keep an eye on potential damages even before the contract is finalized
  • You determine the specific insurance needs and make recommendations
  • You communicate professionally with our industrial clients as well as with our partners, the insurance companies

Your qualifications:

  • You are an expert in logistics or insurance or have knowledge of the world of transport and liability
  • You have completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, insurance salesman, possibly further training as an insurance specialist or business economist, or a degree in business administration
  • You are a strong communicator and work independently, customer-oriented and structured
