We are currently searching for a Service Advisor to join our team. If you excel at ensuring smooth vehicle operations and delivering excellent service, we welcome you to join our Service Advisor team and contribute to setting the bar for automotive service excellence.

Some of Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and communicating with customers regarding all repair aspects, including generating work orders, scheduling appointments, updating technicians, providing cost estimates, and finalizing invoices.
Optimizing workflow in the automotive repair sections.
Upholding and implementing safety protocols.
Executing other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements / Experience needed:

Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving track record.
Proficiency in operating both automatic and manual transmissions.
Ability to comprehend instructions orally and in writing.
Competence in utilizing the dealership's computer system.
