- Submit items requiring Contract Amendment/Adjustment to Customer Accounts to the Contacts department.
- Schedule, quote, and discuss repair services with customers and technicians, and provide customer updates via phone and in-person
- Research and maintain month-end open tickets needed to process invoices
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians; communicating with customers and technicians until satisfactory job completion
- Open, process, and close work orders and update applicable systems with service history.
- Process and respond to scheduling requests from customers, technicians, engineers, and site visits and repair services for managers.
- Maintain time & material parts process and communicate to the customer when parts have been ordered and received, as needed.
- Complete other various duties assigned by management.

- Three (3) years experience in service industry scheduling or dispatching in the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or automotive environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, concentrating on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Exhibit excellent customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Capable of managing time properly and efficiently and self-starting.
- Ability to prioritize, adapt, and remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check required.
