$19-$23/hr DOE.
Job DescriptionAs a Technician, you will work within our mitigation department, attending to a variety of sites to inspect, document, report, and estimate damage caused by water or fire.
After site inspection, you will document your findings, report back to the lead, and the lead will estimate the cost of the damage.
Your role will also involve assisting in the tear-out of damage and performing general labor. You will report to the workplace each morning before heading out to the job site in a company vehicle. This role guarantees 40 hours per week.Your overall duties will include responding to and leading emergency losses, performing emergency water extraction and drying services, leading mold remediation (including demolition and cleaning), inspecting properties for damage, completing specific drying processes, setting up and taking down drying equipment, monitoring drying progress with moisture detection equipment, extracting water from flooded areas, removing demolition or damaged items such as flooring, drywall, cabinets, and furniture, and performing on-call rotation.
Work EnvironmentGenerally, you will work with one other person - the lead.
